To regularly post your article links on your family's Facebook profiles with their permission is not considered spamming. It's considered sharing. An example of spamming on Facebook is tagging your entire list of friends in a post or photo regardless of wether or not they are related to the subject matter of the post or photo. more

Facebook is a fact of life for most people now. It is easier than email or calling, so yes it does matter in many social circles. I am still having this problem and am about to forget about facebook. On Facebook it just puts a the knoji.com and that link does take you to the article. But no picture and you have to enter in the title yourself. It doesnt work or look like it used to. I have seen others complaing of the same thing on the internet.
