Facebook addiction is a kind of technology addiction. First, came computer addiction, then internet addiction, then came social networking addiction and now it is time of Facebook addiction. All these are types of technology addiction.

Facebook addicted people are always found on checking their status messages on Facebook timeline. If you log in your Facebook account many times in a day and if you use many Facebook applications, then you might be Facebook addicted.

If you are addicted of any Facebook activities like games, quizzes or applications then you can be a Facebook addicted. Some Facebook addicted people constantly check their Facebook page. Some people always talk and think about Facebook whether they are online or offline. They do so because of addiction of Facebook.

Although addiction of Facebook is not as harmful as smoking and drinking, but this addiction has many negative effects on your mind. Overall in the long-term, Facebook addiction can be very harmful for you. So it is right time for you to prevent from Facebook addiction.
